This privacy policy describes how Jesse Lewis (this "Site," operated by Jesse Lewis) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit https://jesselewis.xyz and use related features such as the email newsletter.
This policy applies to visitors and subscribers who interact with this Site from the United States and elsewhere, to the extent our practices are described here. Some rights depend on where you live and whether specific laws apply to our activities.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the sense used by some U.S. state privacy laws, and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), except as described below regarding service providers acting on our behalf.
We use vendors to help run the Site and newsletter, such as website hosting, content delivery and security services, email delivery, bot or abuse-prevention tools, and analytics providers if enabled. They may process personal information only to provide services to us under our instructions, typically under contract. That is not the same as selling your data to unrelated third parties for their own marketing. We may update service providers from time to time and will update this policy for material changes where appropriate.
The Site may link to other websites or embed third-party content. Those services have their own privacy practices; we are not responsible for their policies or actions.
If you receive commercial email from us, we aim to follow applicable U.S. requirements, including the CAN-SPAM Act where it applies: clear sender identification, truthful subject lines, a simple way to opt out of marketing email, and honoring opt-out requests within legally required timeframes. Where U.S. law requires a postal address on commercial email, that address appears in the footer of those messages.

If you are a California resident and California law applies to our processing, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; request deletion or correction subject to exceptions; opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share in the California-specific senses beyond service-provider processing described above); and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may designate an authorized agent where California law allows; we may ask for proof of identity and authority.
Other states
Other states have enacted consumer privacy laws where coverage may depend on how much data we process, revenue, and whether we sell data or run certain advertising. We provide applicable rights only where a law actually applies to our relationship with you.
How to exercise rights
